1. Who we are
The controller is Creativy Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15501604). Registered office: Unit 4e, Rolls Mill Way, Sturminster Newton, DT10 2GA, United Kingdom. We manage Meta advertising for e-commerce brands.
2. What we collect
When you apply, book a call, or email us, we may collect:
- Name, email address, phone number if you give one, and company name and website
- Your monthly ad spend bracket and anything you tell us about the account
- The date, time and timezone you requested for a call
- Technical data that arrives with the request (time, IP address as seen by the host), not used for advertising
Once you are a client, we also hold the information needed to run the account: onboarding answers, agreements, invoices, files you upload to your portal, and the advertising data Meta reports for your account. We do not run marketing cookies or advertising pixels on this site. We do not sell personal data.
3. Why we use it
UK GDPR lawful bases we rely on:
- Legitimate interests: to answer applications and booking requests, decide whether an account is a fit, and keep a record of enquiries.
- Contract: once we agree to work together, to deliver the services and manage the account.
- Legal obligation: accounting, tax and company-law records.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry, application and booking records: up to 24 months if we do not engage, unless you ask us to delete sooner. Client records: for the life of the contract and then as long as UK law requires (typically six years for accounting).
5. Who we share it with
The providers that host the site and the studio, deliver our email, store files and take card payments, processing data for us in the UK or EEA or under a UK-approved transfer tool. Enquiry data is not shared with Meta, ad networks or list brokers. Client advertising data is read from and written to Meta only for the account we manage for you.
6. International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the UK, we use the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or another mechanism approved by the ICO.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and you may ask for a copy of the data you provided (portability) where that right applies. You can withdraw consent where we rely on it. These rights are not always absolute.
8. Cookies
The public site sets no non-essential cookies. The client portal and the studio set strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in.
9. Complaints
Please write to us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, SK9 5AF, ico.org.uk.
