1. Who we are
creativy.co.uk is operated by Creativy Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 15501604. Registered office: Unit 4e, Rolls Mill Way, Sturminster Newton, DT10 2GA, United Kingdom.
2. This site
The site describes our services. It is not an offer capable of immediate acceptance. Performance examples are not a promise of the same outcome for every brand.
3. Applications and calls
Applying or booking a call is a request, not a confirmed engagement until we reply. Call slots are in Europe/London unless stated otherwise. We may decline an application or a call if the account is not a fit. Do not send credentials or personal data about your customers in a form.
4. Services
Paid work starts only when both sides sign an agreement. Scope, the definition of the revenue our fee is calculated on, the fee percentage, and notice all live there. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship by itself.
5. No performance guarantee
The Meta auction, creative fatigue, tracking and your product all move. We do not guarantee ROAS, MER or revenue. Past work is not a forecast.
6. Intellectual property
Site copy, mark and layout are ours. Ads and assets we make for a client, and the account itself, belong to the client as set out in the client agreement.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the forms (spam, scraping, false identity). We may ignore or delete abusive requests.
8. Liability
This site is provided as-is. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under English law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this public site. Liability for paid services is set in the client agreement.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may still seek injunctive relief elsewhere.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data is in the privacy notice.
